The Basic Plan is Hosted Email. This option gives you web access to Outlook E-mail, Calendars and Contacts. The Basic Plan gives you an online Exchange Server as well.

The Small Business Plan (Plan P1) offers Shared Calendars, Instant Messaging and Video Conferences, and Web-based Viewing of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote files.
